Meet Rick & Arlene
"Recovery Prison Ministries is on the move following Gods Spirit and
is moving full steam ahead. Currently ministering at TEN facilities in Missouri and Kansas is sure keeping Rick, Arlene and about 60 annointed volunteers
moving right along to God's calling. They take the Celebrate Recovery Program and curriculum into jails and prisons. Integrity Correctional Center Holden,Mo a team goes Tuesday nights.
Pettis County Jail (Women Only) meets on Sunday evenings. Tipton Correctional Center Tipton, Mo meets on Tuesday evenings.
They also minister at Wyandotte County Jail and Boonville State Prison which are just "ROCKIN". We have been
ministering at the Moberly Correctional Center for a while now and its going GREAT! We minister at Versailles Morgan County Jail
and Algoa State Prison...
What an AWESOME God we serve!!!
In 2 Timothy 2:21 it talks about being vessels of honor, sanctified and useful for the Master, and that is exactly
what Rick and Arlene along with all the loyal volunteers are. This ministry is most definately orchastrated by God himself,
spreading the fragrance of His Spirit and knowledge in every place.
Our Desire is to have a warrior-heart of Jesus
The quality of a true warrior is that he/she is in service to a
purpose greater than himself; that is, to a transcendent cause. (Bly Ballou)
My Desire is that all men and women to know the Lord Jesus as their Lord and Savior, to Love Him with all their heart, mind, soul and strength.
My Desire is see each man and woman have a relationship with Our Lord Jesus and grow in power and strength in their walk.
My Desire is to see each man and woman find healing in this God breathed, Christ Centered Biblical 12 step Ministry.
My Desire is for every man and woman to have an education to learn to read and have a job to enjoy the benefits of such and being a productive, responsible citizen of the United States of America no matter color, creed, or gender."

Praise God !
If recent
incarceration rates remain unchanged, an estimated 1 out of every 20 persons
(5.1%) will serve time in a prison during their lifetime. You can make a difference please contact us for ways you can help with this ministry!
Integrity Correctional Center.
Teams have been going to ICC since February, 2003. Over 4,000 men and women have responded to altar calls at the meetings. ICC is a privately owned facility which is very open to Christian ministry, in fact it was opened with just that in mind. The Holy Spirit always preceeds us in this kind of atmosphere. The inmates even comment that they have never been in a place quite like this. It is wonderful to see individuals grow each week. All of the volunteers feel that we are ministered to even more than the inmates who we go to see. We have seen as many as 57 of 67 inmates at one meeting respond to an altar call, and recently 32 of 35.
Pettis County Jail
Women from our minstry have been going to Pettis County Jail since May, 2004. They have recieved a warm welcome from the ladies, and many have sent warm letters to share about how helpful the CR team has been to them.
Tipton Correctional Center
Rick Tolliver and Phil Fisher share the ministry at TCC. The ministry was started in late 2004 on a very small scale, but has flourished and expanded, as the inmates have spread the word about the recovery program. Rick and Phil have hosted over 50 men at times.
In late May 2005-2006,our group was to send 2 to 3 men to Booneville to begin a program there. Well God got us in and we are now taking the Celebrate Recovery Program to them. PRAISE GOD!!!!.
Our female volunteers minister on Wednesdays and our men minister on Thursdays...
Moberly Correctional Center
WOOOHOOOOO.....HELP! We need more volunteers...
Versailles Morgan County Jail
We started Ministering there on January 16th 2007. God is really opening doors all over the State of Missouri.
We have been ministering here for a few months now with yet MORE souls being saved...To God be the Glory!!!!
This is a recommendation letter given to us by Dave Burris, Director of Integrity Correctional Center.
